The Vacaville Manifesto
The “Vacaville Manifesto” was birthed from the prayerful heart and God-inspired vision of District Superintendent Tu’ugasala Fuga during the 12th Annual District Council in Vacaville, California hence its name. It stands as a public declaration of unwavering faith and collective commitment to biblical conviction and spiritual integrity.
The Manifesto was officially endorsed by the Samoan District Council Presbytery on September 17, 2025. It affirms 7 foundational commitments: prayerful living; sanctified living; unwavering separation from the world; total dedication to God and His Word; the raising of godly families; the development of godly leaders, and the planting of healthy churches. Together, these principles define the spiritual direction, accountability, and mission of those who affirm the Vacaville Manifesto.
